Ordinary Seaman/ Diver

Job Title: Diver

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Diver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial diving operations and hold the necessary certifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of OSHA standards (CFR Title 29, part 1910, subpart T, Commercial Diving Operations)


• Operate and maintain diving equipment


• Perform underwater tasks and operations


• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure safe and efficient diving operations

Requirements:

• Hold the Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) Second-class diver, NEC M2DV


• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as an operational diver


• Strong knowledge of commercial diving operations and safety procedures


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certification


• ADAS (Advanced Diver Alert System) certification


• Experience working on offshore vessels, such as PSV (Platform Supply Vessels), AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) or DSV (Dive Support Vessels)
