Chandris Line

Chandris Line, a Greek shipping company founded in 1960 by Antonios Chandris, initially operated ocean liners between Greece and Australia under various trade names, including Greek Australian Line, National Greek Australian Line, and Europe-Australia Line. The company's fleet and operations evolved over the years, ultimately leading to a merger with Chandris Cruises in 1974, and a subsequent shift in focus towards cruising. By 1977, Chandris Line had ceased liner operations, and the company was rebranded Chandris Cruises, later expanding through the acquisition of Fantasy Cruises in 1985.
