Damen Shipyards Group has signed a contract with Greece-based Aegean Tugs Shipping Company for an ASD Tug 2811. Thanks to its stock-building programme, Damen is able to offer its client a shorter delivery time for the vessel, which will be used for harbour and terminal operations in the Greek ports.
The ASD Tug 2811 is a versatile tug designed for harbour and terminal operations, with a bollard pull of 70 tonnes. Damen's stock-building programme allows the company to maintain a high level of production, enabling it to meet the demands of its clients and deliver vessels quickly and efficiently. This contract marks another significant milestone for Damen in the tug market, further solidifying its position as a leading player in the industry.
